1. Register your return
Within 14 days of receiving your order, select the items you wish to return or exchange and choose your preferred return method.
2. Packing
Place the items you wish to return, along with the packing slip, back into the box or bag in which you received them, or in another sturdy cardboard box. Seal the box securely with sufficient tape.
3. Return at a Parcel Shop
Drop off the parcel at the chosen collection point within 7 days of registering your return.
4. Refund
Once our warehouse has received and processed your return, you will receive a refund or, where applicable, a credit note within 14 days.

Conscious ordering and returns
We often don't think about it, but returning orders has consequences for the environment. This includes extra CO₂ emissions from transport and more waste. At Issu & Lloyd, we want to limit this impact as much as possible. That is why we also ask for your help to order more consciously and to look carefully at the right size, fit and product information beforehand.
To encourage more conscious ordering, we charge a small contribution. In this way we try to reduce unnecessary returns together.
Return conditions
You must register your return within 14 days of receipt. After this notification you have another 7 days to actually send the items back.
Register and receive your return label via our Issu & Lloyd Returns Platform. The return costs will be deducted from your refund.

Processing of returns
Once you have handed your return to the carrier, it usually takes about a week before we have processed it. During busy periods this can take up to 14 working days.
Upon receipt we carefully inspect the return. If everything has been received in good condition and within the return period, we will send you a confirmation by email and the purchase amount will be refunded. For damaged returns, a reduction of the amount may be applied.
Did you choose to pay via Klarna or AfterPay? Then we will adjust your invoice via the relevant payment platform.
Refund
Once your return has been approved, you will receive the purchase amount back as soon as possible. This usually happens within a few days, but no later than within 14 days.
If you return the entire order, the original shipping costs will also be refunded. Please note that, depending on your bank or credit card company, it may take a few more working days before the amount is visible in your account.
