1. Register your return
Within 30 days of receiving your order, select the items you wish to return or exchange and choose your preferred return method.
2. Packing
Place the items you wish to return, along with the packing slip, back into the box or bag in which you received them, or in another sturdy cardboard box. Seal the box securely with sufficient tape.
3. Return at Parcel Shop
Deliver the package to the chosen drop-off point within 5 working days after registration.
4. Refund
Once our warehouse has received and processed your return, you will receive a refund or a credit note on the invoice within 14 working days.

If you are not satisfied with an item from your order, you can return it to us within 30 days.
Conscious ordering and returns
Often, we don't think about it, but returning orders has consequences for the environment. This includes extra CO₂ emissions due to transport and more waste. At Issu & Lloyd, we want to limit this impact as much as possible. Therefore, we also ask for your help to order more consciously and to carefully check the correct size, fit, and product information beforehand.
Should an item not fully meet your expectations, we offer the possibility to exchange & return once per order for free. This means you can exchange & return all items from the same order for free in one go. The value of your return will be credited as a coupon code to your account. You can freely spend this coupon code on our entire range.
To encourage more conscious ordering, we charge a small contribution of €4.95 for returns from the Netherlands and €6.95 for returns from Belgium. In this way, we hope to collectively reduce the number of returns and contribute to a more sustainable fashion industry.
Return conditions
You have 30 days to register a return, starting from the moment your order was delivered.
Returned items must be in their original condition. This means that products must not have been worn, washed, damaged, or altered, and all labels and tags must still be attached.
If an item is not returned in its original condition, we may charge a reduction in value. This applies, for example, when a product is damaged, shows signs of use, or when labels have been removed.
Customized products or items specially adapted for you cannot be returned. Online orders also cannot be returned to physical stores.
Processing returns
Once you have handed over your return to the carrier, it usually takes about a week for it to be processed by us. During busy periods, this can take up to a maximum of 14 working days.
Upon receipt, we carefully inspect the return shipment. If everything is received in good condition and within the return period, we will send you a confirmation by email and the purchase amount will be refunded. For damaged returns, a reduction in the amount may be applied.
Did you choose to pay via Klarna or AfterPay? Then we will adjust your invoice via the relevant payment platform.
Refund
After approval of your return, you will receive the purchase amount back as soon as possible. This usually happens within a few days, but no later than 14 working days after processing.
If you return the entire order, the original shipping costs will also be refunded. Please note that, depending on your bank or credit card company, it may take several working days for the amount to appear in your account.
